Miho Konishi appeared on “All About Lighting Fixtures 【Chapter 03】BACK TO THE FUTURE #7.Lighting fixtures for the global environment Learning from the Edo period to create sustainable lighting”, an online event of the international seminar “Enlighten Asia in Japan 2021” organized by IALD Japan.

Lighting designers Kazuhiro Nagashima, Hiroki Yagi, and Miho Konishi, who are members of IALD Japan, visited the Yuishuku Tokaido Akari Museum. At the museum, they learned about lighting fixtures from the Edo period with the director, Yoshiko Katayama. It was a workshop and online talk show to learn about SDGs lighting fixtures.
　
The lighting community came together to learn, share ideas, and explore solutions with like-minded people who are passionate about light. Intimate by design, the events built meaningful connections and spark thought-provoking discussions with experts who inspire and motivate, moving architectural lighting design into the future.
