Architectural Lighting Group (ALG) was responsible for the lighting design of the Bahrain Pavilion at the Osaka Expo.
Inspired by Bahrain’s traditional dhow boat, the pavilion features underwater lighting that projects rippling reflections onto the walls, creating the impression of movement across the sea.
Inside, a four-story atrium is enveloped by reflected light from linear lighting installed above the beams.
